Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard Return & Refund Policy below.

2. Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 30 calendar days from the original shipment date.
• Pre-Approval Required: All returns must be pre-approved by Re-ControlX before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
• Item Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in like-new, resalable condition with all accessories included.
• Restocking & Shipping Fees:
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns to cover processing and inspection costs.
  • Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping fees.
• Inspection & Rejection: Re-ControlX reserves the right to inspect all returned products upon arrival. If a return request is rejected after inspection (e.g., due to physical damage, missing components, or signs of improper installation/misuse), the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

3. 3-Year Limited Warranty

• Coverage: Defective products will be replaced free of charge within 3 years from the original date of purchase.
• Product Revisions: Re-ControlX continuously improves its products and reserves the right to replace a defective item with a newer revision or updated version of equivalent functionality.
• Prorated Refund Fallback: If an exact replacement or updated revision is unavailable, a prorated refund will be issued based on the original purchase price and the remaining duration of the 3-year warranty period.
• Warranty Process: Please contact our technical support team before returning any item for warranty evaluation so we can troubleshoot the issue and facilitate the exchange process.
• Vehicle Compatibility Disclaimer: Re-ControlX engineers products to maintain compatibility with factory vehicle specifications. However, we cannot guarantee device compatibility with future vehicle hardware or software revisions issued by vehicle OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Issues resulting from subsequent OEM software updates, aftermarket modifications, or third-party alterations are beyond our control and are not covered under this warranty.

4. Non-Warranty Exchanges

• Eligibility: Requests for non-warranty exchanges (e.g., ordering the incorrect model or vehicle fitment) must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the product shipment date.
• Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original item as well as the actual shipping costs for sending the new replacement item.
• Promotional Exclusions: Free or promotional shipping offers do not apply to exchange orders.
