Order Processing & Carrier Cutoff Times

• Amazon Logistics / Amazon Fulfillment: Orders fulfilled via Amazon Logistics or Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) will be processed according to Amazon’s standard fulfillment timelines (typically dispatched within 1–2 business days). Tracking information will be updated automatically once dispatched.

• USPS Orders: We do our best to ship early morning USPS orders on the same day. However, because our scheduled USPS pickup typically occurs around 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), orders placed after this time will ship on the following business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Replacements & Exchanges

Replacement items and exchanges will be shipped using a carrier and delivery method selected at the discretion of Re-control Automotive.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• Damaged Items: If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Lost Packages: If you suspect your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim.

• Signature Requirement: We do not require a "Signature Required" delivery for any order unless explicitly requested in the order notes prior to shipment.

International Shipping & Freight Forwarding

We do not ship to international mail or freight forwarding services. If shipping rates are not automatically calculated for your country at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
